You may have also heard it in the second episode of another Marvel hit, Loki, on Disney+. It’s not the only trailer of 2021 to include it as the main music, as it also featured on the promo for Netflix cartoon, Masters of the Universe: Revelation. The song was recorded by the Welsh singer for the soundtrack for Footloose in 1984 and went on to be included on her 6th studio album, Secret Dreams and Forbidden Fire.
It featured the song Holding Out For A Hero by Bonnie Tyler and it’s pretty much the only music on the trailer. The launch trailer was far from the first we saw of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, with the game getting its official reveal back in June 2021 with the official trailer.
